The chexsystems report is usually kept for 5 years but it can be removed if you prove there was an error by the bank or if the debts are paid. Chexsystem will verify your claim with the financial institutions .You will get an answere within 40 days and if the information can be verified by the chexsystem there is a chance you will be deleted from your report.
