mortgage problems chexsystems help needed

Hi, I would like your opinion about my situation, 5 years ago I bought a house and took a big mortgage, i currently have money problems, 6 months ago I lost my job so I couldn’t pay my mortgage payment and the bank reported me to chexsystems.
The only loan that I can take is bad credit loan or mortgage.
What can I do?

If you have not loosed your house yet and you can still talk to the bank after being
listed in the chexsystem try to convince the bank to spread your mortgage as long as possible in order to pay as much as you can small payments every month .It will be regarded as a brave step and show seriousness in your attitude .Hopping that the bank will accept and that you will be able to pay ,it may solve your problem and lead to the possibility to be out of the chexsystem.

I am agree with Admin's opinion that you should go for mortgage with short payments. I hope it will be the best choice for you.
