the new health care plan

I know it is not a chexsystem problem related but i was wondering how the new health care government plan will affect the USA economy,

It is a socio-economic problem because the money for those who can not afford paying the health care will be taken from the reserves of the government [wich is good for the weak population] and this money will be missing in other projects of the government like education ,security,etc and even cause pressure on the banks policy.
