Hi!
Just like you, I'm having a tough time making ends meet and my credit score is suffering because of it. I'm not late on any payments or anything, its just my balances are a bit over the "optimum half-way to the limit" point. I have 2 awesome kids (Nicolette 11 and Brett 8)and a really loud beagle named Mike. Hubby works full time as the evening manager at the local Hannaford Supermarket. I work there part-time, a few mornings a week. I'm also a freelance writer specializing in finance and autism (my son is autistic). Research is my passion, as I love to learn. I love to help people, or at least feel like I'm helping them-- until they burn me, then I'll never speak to them again. I have a select few friends that I consider close, but I know a lot of people. My hubby and I will be millionaires and our credit score will still be low. That's all about me! Oh, and I'm working on abook about autism that will be different from the rest, as I am different from the rest. it will tell the parents and those close to an autistic child that this is a blessing, not a burden. It requires love, not medicine, and patience with an open mind. 1 out of 166 kids born today will have some type of autism.........that;s scary.... |

Hi, Lisa Marie, welcome to the forum!
I used to teach at a private school and had three austic kids in my classes. They really opened my eyes. Beautiful kids with minds that worked different, but were beautiful as well. Before I met them, I didn't even know what autism was (learned really quick, though, lol). Best wishes on the book; a lot of parents and educators will be grateful for it. About your low credit score...you'll raise it. What's that line from the storybook? 'I think I can, I think I can.' ![]() |
