How should i choose a bank?

I had chexsystems problems in the past and therefore closed my accounts 5 years ago; chexsystems removed my details from their report. How should i choose a bank?

As you were already deleted from the chexsystem report you won't have a problem opening a checking account.
There are so many banks and so many offers and conditions, it will be wise to check and pick the best conditions you need. Because you will need a bank for a long time, as a fresh customer, you have the privileges to argue about fees, interest and so on. Take the bank, who offers what you need in the lowest cost; do not take the bank who offers more than you need for higher price.
