RealtyTrac.com - Click on “Home Value” and enter the square footage of your home and zip code.

Zillow.com - I enjoy using their search tool; its very cool and simple. You also get values of surrounding properties.

HomeGain.com - Simply type in your address, and you get all the local comparables.

Domania.com - Another simple home price checker brought to you by the makers of LendingTree.
